We’re in the middle of the fall season down in Southwest Florida, and it is beautiful! We will never get tired of watching all our northern friends bundle up while we can lay out in the sun all year-round!  

The snowbirds are starting to make their way down here, which means more events and happenings are occurring in Cape Coral and surrounding cities.  

For this article, we wanted to share with you some great events and happenings that are going on in the city during the month of November. Whether you’re a resident, part-time resident, visiting, or thinking about buying a home in Cape Coral, this list will give you an idea of the fun things this city and the cities nearby has to offer! 

Coconut Festival | November 8-11 
Sun Splash Festival Grounds, Cape Coral 
This is a huge event that draws in around 200,00 people each year. It has national and community performers, carnival rides, craft beer garden, fireworks, and great food.  This year Jimmy Allen, Carly Pearce, Craig Campbell, and Tyler Far will perform. On the stages, there is a country night and a rock night. There is also a 5K that goes along with the festival.  

Cabaret Annual Show | November 10, 2 p.m. 
Faith Presbyterian Church, Cape Coral 
This show features the Gulf Coast Harmonizers, ViVa! (Women's Championship Quartet from the Sweet Adeline's), and the Challenger Middle School Choir. 

Veterans Day Parade | November 11, 2 p.m.  
Parade route: Cape Coral Parkway (Between 15th Ave & Candia St.), Cape Coral 

Catch the Vision | November 13, 5 p.m. 
Cape Christian, Cape Coral 
This is Cape Coral’s biggest real estate show. Over 600 people will be in attendance. The show will deal with trends, tips, and forecasting in the real estate market.
